Day one of the Dingle Way was 17 km of wind, wind and more wind - none of it from the guys either! According to the locals, we are on the outskirts of Hurricane Katia. Ireland will feel her anger tonight and into tomorrow. As I sit in our beautiful B&B here in Camp, we have a beautiful ocean view, but it is grey and blowing everywhere. There is a view out there somewhere, I know it. So, we will make our way down the little hill to the local pub for another beer then 60 meters down the road to yet another pub where the father of the owner of our B&B will be playing Irish music - guaranteed to be a good Irish party.
I am having trouble loading pictures but will keep trying so stay tuned......
Sounds like the weather is not interrupting the fun factor!! Enjoy and may the wind always be at your back! Fxo
ReplyDeleteMaybe you could rig up a sail? Glad to hear you are enjoying all the pubs have to offer. Happy trails tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you guys are still tickety-boo.
ReplyDeleteWas wondering if KatIa caught up to you.
Don't forget you promised to have one for me or 2 or 3...
